[drats_users] D-RATS 0.2.8b8 GPS

Hey Dan got a question now for you.  Is there a command or anything I can put in my ping reply message to give out a up to sec gps string on where I can be at?  And another thing I just noticed is that the gps locks and unlocks but when it locks up it has 7 sats most the time.
