[drats_users] D-RATS 0.2.8b8 GPS

Ok this is getting interesting now I run drats with nothing hooked up. It started fine but when I close it blue screen of death.

I just ran Drats with 91AD hooked up and gps off and I closed drats and got blue screen of death.......that is dumping memory..... Is there a way to down grade to older ver?  I didnt have any probs with that like I said its ever since this new ver.

RS-91 Software runs fine and closes fine. My other gps programs run fine and close with no blue screen of death like nRoute, Mapsource, UI-View, etc.

Hey Dan I just ran d-rats and it crashed on me again but I got you a debug log..... It crashed when I hit the X button to close.... With the gps and radio hooked up.

Hey Dan Im using a manhattan usb to serial at times other times im using a add on card on main computer.  Let me try this again will get you a debug log in the am.  Its Windows Vista Home Premium SP 1.

Ouch.  Well, a regular application can't cause a blue screen of death, 
only a driver or kernel component.  What version of windows is this and 
what USB-to-serial device are you using?

Can you try again?  Opening the debug log simply starts the notepad 
application, so I bet it will work if you try again.
