[chirp_users] CHIRP - UV-17 Pro GPS (Load Module with issue -

So, I have found a bug in the UV-17 Pro GPS.

 

Program the radio (my program has unique names for the banks).  Verify Bank Names made the program.

Go to Radio Settings (3), ANI-Edit (19) and change the ANIC number.  Bank Names all revert back to default (Bank 1, Bank 2, …)

 

Can anyone else verify this undocumented feature?

Display Type -  Do you want it to display the Name, Frequency or Channel Number

Work Mode - Do you want it to function in Channel Mode or VFO Mode

 

FYI - The UV-17 series is now a standard selection in CHIRP. It's no longer necessary to the Load Module procedure.
