[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R menu locked

Hi Massimo,
What happens if you hold down the menu button while powering on?
Just a guess.
If that does not work, and you get it figured out, please send the solution 
to the list in case this happens to someone else.

I do have CHIRP. My problem is that I cannot figure out which is the
option to check / uncheck to unlock the menu.

Sounds like you will need to run CHIRP on that radio.  It's not
difficult to install and use.
