[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-5R menu locked

I do have CHIRP. My problem is that I cannot figure out which is the
option to check / uncheck to unlock the menu.
Sorry if my question was not clear enough.

Sounds like you will need to run CHIRP on that radio.  It's not
difficult to install and use.
