[chirp_users] Linux install instructions, not quite 100%...

I'm using Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
And this is where I fall at the first hurdle

anthony at anthony-System-Product-Name:~/Downloads/CHIRP$ sudo apt install -y
pipx

Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package pipx
