[chirp_users] Programing Cable Drivers

Going to depend on which version of macOS you're running.

If you're using Ventura (13.x):
1. Open System Settings
2. Select General
3. Scroll to the bottom on the right side and select "System Report"
4. Under Hardware, select USB.
5. Try inserting and removing the cable, you should see something on the
right hand side appear and disappear. That's your cable. Select it and find
the info in the pane below.

If you're using an older version of macOS:
1. Select "About this Mac"
2. System report (or whatever the button on the bottom of the window says
for more information)
3. Under Hardware, select USB.
