[chirp_users] Support of radio

Yes, it is a known good cable.  Used on another baofeng recently.
I have tried all the baofeng models and radioditty models.
For some it says
Error reading data from radio: Not the amount of data we want.
or it says
Clone failed: Radio did not ack the programming mode.
or it says (for most)
Clone failed: Radio did not respond.

I was running chirp launched from the command line so I have the messages,
but it does not always show which driver/model was being tried.

The messages are similar regardless of using chirp legacy (flatpak) or
chirp-next.

Sorry, but I noticed that I forgot to show that I am using linux (Fedora 37
with python 3.11) for chirp-next released 20230309 or the legacy flatpak
20221217
