The PC03 programming cable is only for handheld radios that use the
Kenwood style 2-pin connection for programming. The Baofeng Tech
mobile radios use a different programming cable. The PC04. CHIRP will
not be able to program your UV-25X2 radio until you connect it
properly to the DATA port in the back.
