[chirp_users] Can't connect to BTECH UV-25X2-Gen2

Funny, I can program my UV-5R all day long.  If what you say was true, why
would they sell a programming cable?

I'm guessing you're referring to the firmware, not the channels and
settings.  I am *NOT* trying to change firmware.
