[chirp_users] error reading from radio

My mistake, it is the model UV3X.
Also, I was working on several Baofengs, one after the other, and I had the 
wrong radio plugged in.
Once I put in the right radio, it worked as expected.
Funny though that it did not tell me it was the wrong model, like it has 
when I used the wrong option when downloading.

Baofeng Tech (aka BTECH) has never had a UV-3R model in their lineup.
So can you confirm which model it actually is?
