[chirp_users] Installation errors

Hi,

I have encountered a bunch of "C\ProFiles(x86)\CHIRP\XXX errors when 
installing the current CHIRP program. I stopped counting at 32. Here is 
a list of some of the errors:

C\ProFiles(x86)\CHIRP\_ctypes.pyd

                                         \hashlib.pyd

                                         \socket.pyd

                                         \ssl.pyd

                                         \atik.pyd

                                         \cairo._cairo.pyd

                                         \chirpw.exe

                                         \freetype6.dll

And many more. What went wrong?
