[chirp_users] Not Accessible In Chirp

I wonder if Chirp could have a voice feedback option added to the menus, and
simply tag WAV files to some of the functions, such as radio names and model
names, port names and a couple dialogs, like when the import dialog pops up.
I am pretty sure that the cursor lands in the edit field for the file to be
imported.
In windows, I use the "copy path" from the context menus often, so I could
copy the path from the file to be imported and simply paste it there.
Just an idea for any of the Chirp programmers.

I had the same experience with the snap version of chirp. It does not read
at all with Orca. I’m running Ubuntu-mate on my desktop, and I suspect that
I would have the same experience on the pi..
