[chirp_users] File Saving on MacOS

I can't load from or save to your Desktop, Documents, Downloads, et
cetera folders. What I had to do was create a folder off of my user's
home folder (I called mine "CHIRP") and copy all of my CHIRP related
files into it/them. Now I am able to load from and save there.
