[chirp_users] Virus warning

[K0LNY]

A few years back I got a nasty virus on my computer using AVG, in the old 
days, Microsoft did not step up to the plate for protecting its system.
But since then, I am confident that Microsoft Defender is as good as any, 
and is less invasive.
I haven't had a computer virus in more than five years just using Defender.
