[chirp_users] UV-82 bricked?

Yep but getting them to change is like pulling hens teeth,
or get the metric thing done. On the second one, my car
is metric, my radios are metric, my appliances are  metric,
but go to the hardware store and buy metric hardware...
They have it but it is just 3x more than SAE...

So getting rid of the term codeplug falls in that area...
