I would expect the radios to already be programmed to have all of the GMRS
frequencies already in them.  but, if you want to set them up, to only have
some of the frequencies/ctc codes. then you should be able to use Chirp.
You can put in Chirp into a computer, then, when you first start, you
download an image file of the existing radio's program, modify that to how
you want it, and, then upload it back into the radio.  You will need to do
this procedure for the base unit, repeater, and the portable radios.  But,
you should only need one  image file for the portables, and can use the
same programming for all of them, so that they are identical.  If you
haven't looked at a video, or, read the procedures to use Chirp, you
definitely need to.  And, of course, you will need to have a programming
cable.  If your cable is made with a fake prolific chip, which most are,
then, you will need to use the   v3.3.2.105 driver.  Miklor.com, has this
information.
