[chirp_users] Lighthouse Radio Network HELP!

I'm sorry Nigel, but that's utter nonsense. The format for CSVs can be a 
bit finicky to generate, but our local emcomm group handles several 
hundred amateur radio channels exclusively using CSV. The beauty is that 
there are a multitude of different radios which all can be programmed 
using the same source. It works beautifully. There are instructions 
about how to use CSV properly on the wiki.
