[chirp_users] Yaesu FT-5D

Actually,digital radios ARE supported by CHIRP. Been using CHIRP for the
past 6.5 years with my FT-1D. If you look at the wiki page
https://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/Home the FT-2D and FT-3D
are also listed among others.
