[chirp_users] CHIRP Doesn't Work

Clint,
Which aspect does not work for you?
Can you download from a radio?
That is step one.
Is it that you cannot then upload?
What errors do you get, and what is the operating system?

After reading the extensive FAQ and Wiki Help information, most “problems” 
are solved.
