[chirp_users] Icom IC-207H

Different radio but same ideal. I have a Icom ID-5100A
I have offered to loan it for someone to add the code to
Chirp to control the ID-5100a but so far no takers. I would
certainly like to be able to use chirp on my ID-5100a, and
I know that there are others in the same condition. I have
the radio and will gladly ship it to someone so they can do
the coding.
