[chirp_users] BTech 5X3

The front top has 4 usb ports, 2 that are 3.0 and 2 that are 2.0. I am not
100% certain of the 6 on the back but I believe they are 3.0.
I have had this happen before. I have a Yeti Blue microphone and it doesn't
want to work with any port in the top front. But works great in the back.
Thanks for the help everyone. It was simple enough to program once I got
the ports right.
