[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-82HP Previous solution (from frequency to channel mode switching) does not work

I tried the steps in the previously closed solution of downloading the file
and using the Settings tab, then change the setting for VFO.  However, I
don't have anything under the "settings" tab. I do find VFOA and VFOB under
the "browse"r tab on the left, which is under the blank "Settings" tab, but
I don't have any info on what to put in Hex, Dec, Bin cells or which ones
to use or not use.  Any assistance would be appreciated
