[chirp_users] HELP!

[Ted Smith]

Thanks for all the feedback. 
I did open the Terminal and entered the sudo dmesg command.
This is what returned: PL-2303/X V1.5.0 start, Prolific

As I know nothing about Terminal stuff. This looks to me like it detected the driver, but I don’t see any node stuff going on there.
What now?
