Hello - please help,

I try to use CHIRP to program a new Baofeng BF-F8HP and I receive this
warning:
"This radio's driver is experimental. Do you want to proceed?"
"Due to the fact that the manufacturer continues to release new versions of
the firmware with obscure and hard-to-track changes, this driver may not
work with your device. Thus far and to the best knowledge of the author, no
UV-5R radios have been harmed by using CHIRP. However, proceed at your own
risk!"

I am using this cable:
BTECH PC03 FTDI Genuine USB Programming Cable
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HUB0ONK/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I am programming this radio:
BaoFeng BF-F8HP (UV-5R 3rd Gen) 8-Watt Dual Band Two-Way Radio (136-174Mhz
VHF & 400-520Mhz UHF)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MAULSOK/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've used CHIRP before to program 4 UV5R radios with a different cable.

What is wrong?
How can I use CHIRP?

Thank you,
Gary
