[chirp_users] New Python coming?

To be clear, that question was rhetorical.  If/when OSX no longer 
supports 32-bit executables, then it will need a 64-bit Python runtime, 
and a 64-bit CHIRP -- and the KK7DS Python runtime will also need to be 
updated accordingly.
