Dennis,
Please look at this, because when I reopened it in Excel, everything was there.
So I saved it in MS DOS CSV format.
Maybe this will work.

For some reason your excel file (saved as a csv file) is omitting the last five columns after channel 16 (line 17) down.
See if you can fix that..

I moved my simplex down so I don't have a zero column, because the Tyt units don't apparently use zero for the first item.
So I renumbered all of the channels after 28.

One thing to remember is that sometimes, but not all, Chirp errors are actually more notifications and if you proceed anyhow Chirp will fix the entry with default values.
I think I fixed it. I attached the csv file and I also pasted it here if that makes it easier for you.

Hi Glenn; if you can use notepad Try looking at your csv file with it. I see a difference in the record format starting at line 15. I'm not sure but I believe csv records are to be the same length. Also starting after 135 there are blank entrys.
Looks like line # 136 to 137 are missing, also 139 and 140. I don't know if this your problem or not. However I could not load your file using Chirp, it caused an error .... Good luck...John M...

It was working, and I added a 10 meter repeater and two 6 meter repeaters and a 1.25 meter repeater.
It says error on line 169, but it always seems to reference the last line.
The lines in question would be between the left most numbers of 127 and 140.
The repeaters on repeater.com only gave one tone, and I put in the others, the 6 & 10 m, just to keep the fields full.
The one that was given was the 1.25 m repeater, I'll list that one below:
