after channel 16 (line 17) down. </DIV>

remember is that sometimes, but not all, Chirp errors are actually more
notifications and if you proceed anyhow Chirp will fix the entry with default
values.<BR><BR></DIV>

with it. I see a difference in the record format starting at line 15. I'm
not sure but I believe csv records are to be the same length. Also
starting after 135 there are blank entrys.

know if this your problem or not. However I could not load your file using
