[chirp_users] Yaesu FT-60 will not upload

Yes, it is a Prolific cable.  I have not been able to change the driver.
Using a Windows 10 computer.  I will search the Internet for how to change
the driver.  When the driver has been changed, I will report the results
about programming my FT-60.  Thanks!
