[chirp_users] IC-92AD Strangeness

Given that as I understand it Chirp started out with that radio (I think
that is how I read the
history ) I have had mine now since 2008, I purchased it at HRO in PDX. I
had soon found
out about Chirp because I did not really like the software for the radio.
