[chirp_users] Downloading problems

I know the feeling, Dennis.  It comes from a misunderstanding of how the
data is transferred through the speaker/mic connectors.  People think
"modem" when it's not.  It's a straight serial connection.  Think RS232C,
not ITU V.90/92 standards.
