[chirp_users] Baofeng UV-3R Repeater shift problem

Hello I have just the same problem as here: https://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/4635
I'm also have a latest UV-3R radio and it have this bug (also in OEM baofeng software).
Latest Chirp daily also have this problem. Anyone know how to fix it?
