[chirp_users] Help! Mac v10.14.5

The Baofang UV-5 radios are finicky, because the Tx and Rx "serial port"
lines are shared wtih the audio (mic in and sp out) lines. Therefore, it is
essential that you tune the radio to an unused RF channel and trun the
volume all the way up to 100% (I'm not sure, but I think you should set the
squelch to at least the first level, also). If you do not do this, the
radio's speaker out wire (i.e. RxD in to the serial port) will be too weak
and it will be noisy.
