[chirp_users] Kenwood TH-D72

I have a TH-D72 and I run CHIRP in Linux but that probably doesn't make any
difference.  I have always found that when I tell CHIRP to read from the
radio it does.  I believe that these TH-D72 always works in live mode.  You
should only have to tell CHIRP what radio you have and what port it is on.
