[chirp_users] Programming a Baofeng GT3

The "steps" you are concerned about have nothing to do with CTCSS (or DCS)
tones. They have to do with programming the operating frequencies of the
radio. Tones are standardized. Just use the same tones (from the drop down
boxes) as the Motorola.
