[chirp_users] Using Chirp to set up FT-60 for satellite comm

up link is 1 frequency your downlink is what changes due to Doppler 
shift. so you program several channels into your HT all using the upling 
and just change the downlink by 5 khz.  Check out Randy K7AGE satellite 
video on YouTube.
