[chirp_users] TONFA UV-985 (BFB229) Settings issue

I have an issue with my Tonfa UV-985. 
When the reading data from radio is complete, the Settings tab is empty and I can change memories only.
Model: TONFA UV-985 (Baofeng UV-5R firmware?)
Firmware version: BFB229
