[chirp_users] Can’t get your program to work on pc or Mac. The pc crashed and the Mac would not let the program run because of security issues???

I've never had CHIRP crash on Windows or Linux.

Uninstall and reinstall to get rid of the PC crash, or override the Mac
warning:  CHIRP is quite safe.
