[chirp_users] Can’t get your program to work on pc or Mac. The pc crashed and the Mac would not let the program run because of security issues???

Sometimes (but not always, which is kind of a mystery to me) when you try
to install Chirp on 10 you'll see a screen that looks like this:

Click on More info, or if there is a box that says "Run anyway" click that.
