[chirp_users] Chirp not talking to radio on MAC

After a lot of searching for drivers and looking at recommended cables
to purchase, I came across an app that is free and is able to identify
which chipset your cable is using. It can be downloaded from
https://www.mac-usb-serial.com/ and correctly identified my cable as
having the pl2303 chipset. The best part is that for a small fee ($10
USD,) THEY HAVE WORKING DRIVERS FOR THE PROLIFIC CHIPPED CABLES!

Radio and computer are now happily talking to each other!
