[chirp_users] IC-746PRO?

Has anyone been successful getting Chirp to work with an ICOM IC-746PRO? Here, Chirp seems to go through the motions of talking to my IC-746PRO, but it never downloads the memory, nor does it allow me to program any of the memories.
