There are three official download sources:
1. Daily builds, all platforms: http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/
2. Daily builds, Ubuntu:
https://launchpad.net/~dansmith/+archive/ubuntu/chirp-snapshots
3. Source code: http://d-rats.com/hg/chirp.hg

The other sources you mentioned just link to #1.
