These radios do not. The have a RESET menu that sets many settings to
the firmware defaults which in many cased are different from what the
factory default settings were. And unfortunately it does not touch
many areas of memory where many problem occur.

The only way to set a UV-5R back to factory delivered state is to
upload the "factory" CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file that was saved
from the radio immediately after it was powered on for the first time.
