[chirp_users] radio refused program mode

i have a 898s, i gave up with chirp on that and used VV898S_USER_V107 app. chirp dont seem to like the 2 memory banks and reads wrong orders and other pickles.


chirp happy with all my other radios. that 898s i have shoved in a corner now anyway, its not very good buggy. i got the QYT KT-8900D now and that is MUCH better, and chirps great.

I got that error. When I installed a different serial-USB driver, I got
farther in the process.
