[chirp_users] Can't upload to FT-60R

Awesome! I haven't used other software, but I really enjoy CHIRP and use it
for all my radios.

Be cautious using CDs that come with inexpensive, cloned-chip cables. I've
seen many that contain viruses. I'd run an antivirus scan to be sure. The
http://www.miklor.com/ website is probably a safer bet.
