</span>It works! Yay!! Here are the steps I followed:<br>
<br>
1. I have the CD that came with the cable. So that's a plus!<br>
2. I disconnected from the Internet completely so it wouldn't go looking<br>
for the Windows update version of the driver.<br>
3. I un-installed the driver from the PC so it would liik for the driver<br>
again.<br>
4. Plugged in the cable and told it I had the CD.<br>
5. Voila!! CHIRP now works!!<br>
