[chirp_users] BF 888s and UV5R

Hi Don,  i think in the end its just the 888 being crabby.  They worked
with chirp 6 weeks ago, now they dont.  Same cord, same driver, same
computer.  I got them reprogrammed with the oem software so i will just use
that for the 888 and chirp for the others.  Thanks
