[chirp_users] Trouble down loading from VX-7R

Hello Support,

I am having trouble downloading the frequencies from my VX-7R to create an
image file.

I have purchased the programming cable and I also had another cable neither
will work. The radio will tell me clone error and the Chirp software will
tell me "Failed to communicate with the radio". I have tried different Comm
ports and I have tried different USB ports on my laptop.

Thank you for your help on this matter.
