<div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature">Hello Support,</div></div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><br></div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature">I am having trouble downloading the frequencies from my VX-7R to create an image file.</div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><br></div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature">I have purchased the programming cable and I also had another cable neither will work. The radio will tell me clone error and the Chirp software will tell me &quot;Failed to communicate with the radio&quot;. I have tried different Comm ports and I have tried different USB ports on my laptop.</div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><br></div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature">Thank you for your help on this matter.</div>
