[chirp_users] Continued Trouble with Baofeng

Try WFM instead of narrow.  Do not program in a tone until you are able 
to receive without a tone setting.  I don't believe that the UV-5RA 
supports the 223-225 MHz band (the BTECH UV-5X3 does).
